What is partnerhub?
partnerhub is where Dolooma introduces the partners we work with and the programs they bring to tow and roadside providers — tow referral bonuses with Pep Boys, battery supply with Battery Authority USA, equipment through ZIPS, fleet maintenance with CruZen, payroll with Pro Comp, financing with Newtek and training through Dolooma Academy. It is not an app you sign in to; each program is joined through its own enrollment.
How do I join a program as a provider?
Open the Programs page, pick the program and use its sign-up button. Most programs have an enrollment form here on partnerhub; CruZen and Dolooma Academy sign you up on their own sites. Questions before you enroll: email support@dolooma.com.
How does the Pep Boys referral program work?
Deliver a retail customer’s vehicle to a Pep Boys location and log the job in Dolooma. Dolooma generates and submits the invoice to Pep Boys for your referral bonus, and once the job is verified the bonus is deposited to your account by Auto Pay.
How are referral bonuses paid?
Through Auto Pay. Dolooma tracks the job, invoices the partner and deposits the bonus once the job is verified, so there is nothing to chase. Status, invoices and payouts are visible in your Dolooma account.
Do I need Dolooma to use these programs?
Several programs run through the Dolooma app providers use for dispatch and billing — Pep Boys referrals are logged and paid there, Battery Authority USA ordering and delivery tracking run there, and Pro Comp payroll is fed from completed Dolooma jobs. Enrolling tells us to set that up for you.
How does my company become a Dolooma partner?
